Rent-a-car

  • A security deposit is required before vehicle delivery. The deposit amount depends on vehicle category and insurance selection.
  • All rental charges must be settled in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Reservations are generally NON-REFUNDABLE. No-show bookings are fully chargeable. Early return does not automatically entitle the Renter to a refund unless agreed in writing.
  • MAXICAR reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit for damages not covered by insurance, traffic fines, missing fuel, cleaning costs, or administrative penalties.
  • In case of unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the Renter, MAXICAR reserves the right to submit the signed Rental Agreement and supporting documentation to financial institutions, claim administrative, legal and banking costs, and initiate legal proceedings. The Renter explicitly waives the right to unjustified chargeback claims after service fulfillment.

Transfer services

  • A booking becomes valid only after written confirmation by MAXICAR and full or agreed advance payment.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and no-show bookings are fully chargeable.
  • Price includes transport from agreed pickup to drop-off location only. Additional stops or route deviations may incur extra charges.
